The current owners of 27 Mary Lane, Riverside NoPo, paid $1.950 million for it in June 2024 after it has been on the market for just 10 days (which, assuming time lag between accepted offer and execution of contracts, would be just about overnight). They’ve now put it back up for sale at $2.099 million.
