52 Breezemont Avenue, currently priced at $4,975 million, started off May 28th at $5.575; purchased new in 2008 for $2.820 million. Nothing against the house or the street, but I still struggle a bit with the concept that it can cost five million bucks to live in a somewhat-meh house on Breezement.
